Jonathan M. Hanna is an attorney with Handwork, Kerscher & Pfost, LLP. Prior to joining HKP, Mr. Hanna was most recently a partner at Hanna & Hanna in Bowling Green, Ohio.
Mr. Hanna practices principally in Business Law, including new entity formation, all manner of commercial contracting and other transactional issues, the sale and purchase of companies, asset acquisitions and sales and business succession planning; Real Estate, including residential and commercial sales and purchases, leasing, evictions and real estate investment/development; and Trust and Estate Planning, including wills, trusts, financial powers of attorney and medical directives.
Mr. Hanna is licensed to practice in Ohio and Michigan, and represents individuals, families and businesses throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan.
Mr. Hanna graduated from the University of Virginia (B.A., 1996) and from the University of Toledo College of Law (J.D. 2006). Following law school and prior to entering private practice, he accepted an invitation for a one-year fellowship at the University of Colorado-Boulder School of Law, and subsequently served as a federal judicial law clerk to the Hon. Harold Baer in the Southern District of New York. Jonathan lives in Toledo with his wife and two children.
